The animation starts with the views of the area in an Ice Age, in 13,000 BC when the spot of the Red Tower would have been in the ice, later under 60 meters of water. As the years go by the landscape changes, people inhabitant the area, and P\u00e4rnu starts to grow. The periods of recent centuries show P\u00e4rnu as a place of the birth of the Estonian Republic, a town being destroyed in the 2nd World War, the soviet occupation period, summer resort, and modern era.
