Did you know that there was once a kingdom on the territory of Estonia? You can learn about this incredible story of how Duke Magnus, the son of the Danish king, was the king of Livonia in 1570–1577 at the Põltsamaa exposition. The exhibition space is on two floors of a gatehouse built from ruins, where the drama of the Kingdom of Livonia unfolds in front of the viewer in five acts, as well as the stories of the landlords who ruled in Põltsamaa: Wrangel, Fick, Lauwi, Bobrisnk and Gagarin. At the dinner table, landlords from different centuries meet for a dialogue — take a seat at the table yourself! On the way to the convention building viewing platform, the visitor is accompanied by several stories and sound exhibits.
